CWCG is Celebrating its 20th Anniversary!
The Columbia Willamette Compensation Group (CWCG) is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2010. During the past twenty years CWCG has provided education, knowledge resources, workshops, and networking opportunities for its members through outreach, professional partnerships and strategic planning. CWCG is the go-to source for compensation and benefits information throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington.
Our goal is to ensure that our members' needs are met and our programs provide value. We strive to ensure all workshops, classes and events are relevant and timely to our members. CWCG wants to contribute to your success - and your employer's - in meaningful ways during these challenging times.
The CWCG Board of Directors will be conducting a SWOT (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis and developing strategic plans in 2010 to continue CWCG's goal of quality classes and events for its growing membership. And to continue to grow, we need your help. Each individual brings knowledge and ideas with them, which strengthens us. Please invite a colleague to join you at the next CWCG event, and share with them how CWCG can support and benefit them in their HR role. Yes, individuals who may not be compensation or benefits professionals will also benefit from attending our events and workshops!
Our success is due to the volunteers who help us throughout the year, and we appreciate their dedicated involvement. The talents each of us brings to the group benefits everyone. If you are interested in volunteering on a committee, please contact me.
