Recertification

Certification status (Recertification) is maintained by earning 12 credits every three years.  You can earn credits through a wide variety of activities, including:

•    WorldatWork course, seminar, and conference attendance
•    Teaching, presenting, or speaking
•    WorldatWork or other HR professional membership
•    Work-related project leadership
•    Continuing education activities

Courses and programs offered by CWCG often include a note regarding pre-approval of the program toward recertification.  For examples of what counts for credit and credit value, plus additional information and the recertification application, visit the WorldatWork Recertification.
